NOVELS ON THE RUN - IN MY MAILBOX #3 - VLOG # 3

WEEK ENDING 22ND JANUARY 2012

These looked better raw, as in the shape.
Australia Day, 26th January is around the corner . I thought I would show you last nights dinner as I filmed my IMM last night ( well minus the bun and tomato etc....)

Australia back to front but you get the idea
Hehe! Yes, Australia shaped hamburgers. Now hubby said I should have taken a pic of them uncooked as when cooked they kinda turn into Tasmania, but...I am just impressed that I get to eat burgers in the shape of Australia.

By the way my plate is a side plate so the burger isn't like a whopping dinner plate size.

Now on right side under Queensland I am Sunshine Coast
Marissa is left side down bottom , Perth.
We are certainly on different sides of Australia:D

ON THE VID

Bit of a chat about Prey by Rachel Vincent and Born Wicked by Jessica Spotswood.
I did a faux pas I meant to say Cate is the sensible one not Tess. Cate is 16 and Tess is 12.

BOOKS FROM COOLUM LIBRARY

PREY by RACHEL VINCENT - SHIFTERS # 4
SHIFT by RACHEL VINCENT - SHIFTERS # 5

THAT'S MY LITTLE MAILBOX

WHAT'S IN YOURS?

  9. Australia Day:

Australia Day is on January 26 and commemorates the establishment of the first settlement at Port Jackson, now part of Sydney, in 1788. It is an opportunity for Australians to come together to celebrate their country and culture. There are reflections on the achievements of the nation and explorations of way to make the country even better in the future.

BBQ's, blow up thongs floating in the ocean ...yes we lay on blow up thongs and float about. Generally family time. My car has a flag that came with a carton of beer ( naturally) . Just a day to chill out and do things Australian. BBQ, have a beer, have a swim, wave the flag, whatever you want really:D
