  1. Hi Michelle! What a nice vlog, I watched almost all of it(I must admit I skipped the Iron Fey part, but that's only because I'm no fan of the series).

I found you via Goodreads by the way, great for not only new books but discovering new blogs as well.

Love Suzie's bookmarks by the way! I think I need one, just have to decide which book deserves it's very own mark :)

    1. Hi Mari,

Thanks for dropping by:D Suzi makes lovely bms , etc, very talented:D:D

I do try HARD not to have long vids, but then I figure, do exactly what you did and skip what you don't want. It's hard . I should only talk about four books and I would have it done in five mins..hehe!!

      Thanks again!!

  2. Aww, don't worry about your vids being long, I could listen to you talk books for ages :-)

Happy Birthday to your daughter for tomorrow!! It's my son's birthday tomorrow, he'll be 6. My eldest boy is 9 (10 in December) he loves The Diary of a Wimpy Kid books, I think that might be the boys version of The Dork Diaries?

Kiss of Steel, I saw the cover on one of your posts a while book, loved the cover so I clicked and bought straight away, it's a lovely paperback, it's big and floppy for a mass market, but it's just so lovely to hold in the hand. I have the Iron Fey books, and I've ordered The Iron Legends, I think it's the 3 or 4 novellas in one book, I haven't read them, but I will now I have the lot. I can't wait for Zom-B, Darren Shan is so good, Alexander Gordon Smith is a bit like Darren Shan, he's worth checking out.

Looking forward to your Melina Marchetta reveiws, I've seen them around but really been back and forth about them, high fantasy can sometimes be too much for me, with the info dumping, long names and things I can't say lol! So I'm hoping these are a lighter version.

Now, Cornerstone, I must hold my hands up admit then when I first saw this book cover on someones sidebar a few months ago, I didn't bother to read the blurb, the Q&A, the review, I just ignored it...I think the cover just screams something else... however, I did read your review and wow!... bang, straight to the tbr lol!

    1. Hi TBZ:D

Thanks for dropping by! Thanks for the Birthday wishes for Miss Willow:D

Happy Birthday to your little man too. Hope he has a lovely day:D:D

Willow reads The Diary of a Wimpy Kid, she is actually reading one now from her library. I think the Dork Diaries is the girl version. I have not read them, but Willow gets engrossed in them.

I haven't read any Darren Shan yet, so I am looking forward to seeing what he writes like.

I am getting into Jessica Shirvington and Melina Marchetta and getting excited at all these other Aussie authors that are popping up.

When I read fantasy I give the big names abbreviations or else anybody who knows me, knows I have trouble getting names right, it's like a thing I have, rather annoying but I battle pronouncing names all the time, lol!! So abbreviations it is so I can keep the reading speed up:D

Yes, yes!! Cornerstone and Keystone are really great YA books!! Love the originality!

I am hoping the blogosphere will get Misty's books about and reviewed and then everybody will understand they are YA genre.

Anyhoo, thanks for taking time to comment and watch.

      have a great day!

      Michelle
