BEAUTIFUL CREATURES THE MOVIE TRAILER - AWESOME!! - CASTER CHRONICLES # 1 by KAMI GARCIA AND MARGARET STOHL - PENGUIN


I know this trailer was released a couple days ago, but I wanted to give it some nice air time.

 THIS LOOKS AWESOME!!

I have read Beautiful Creatures book #1 and this movie trailer makes me want to launch into Beautiful Darkness # 2, Dream Dark # 2.5 and Beautiful Chaos # 3. Beautiful Redemption # 4 is due October 23rd 2012 from Penguin.

This movie looks like a beautiful adaptation.

    OK, seriously, the trailer looks AMAZING (I'm more excited for this and I was for The Hunger Games).

    But... am I the only person who's really surprised by how Emmy Rossum looks as Ridley? I LOVE Emmy Rossum. She looks GORGEOUS. But I was totally imagining her looking blonde and wild... but she looks so sexy and sophisticated. Mmmm... can't wait to see how it looks on screen :D

      Yes you do make an interesting point here. It was a long time ago I read Beautiful Creatures, I may have to recap the book. Maybe Emmy didn't look good as a blonde??? The trailer is rather exciting looking and the creepy house, YES!

    I haven't read this series so I'll just wait for the movies. Loving the cast though and the musical score sounds kick asa based on the trailer.

    I've read the first book, but I remember next to nothing, except that I liked it.

      I think the trailer really made me remember the first book as it was that long ago in time and so many, many books ago. It does look really well done:)

    I hadn't seen the trailer so I am really glad you posted it! I've read the whole series, apart from the last book, and I think this could be a food movie!
