IN MY MAILBOX # 11

WEEK ENDING 12TH JUNE 2011

Have a lookie!! My very own
Demon Trappers T-shirt

SqquuEEeee!!!

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by The Story Siren where Marissa and myself will post the books and goodies we have received in the past week http://www.thestorysiren.com/

signed by Jana Oliver !!!!

SquuEEeeeeEE!!

Yup!! I have a Demon Trapper shirt:D

Oh Yeah!!
How 'cool' is that!!

Triple SqqquuEEeee!!

Friday I was minding my own business, well I'd been out and bought a couple books, cause I couldn't help myself...fellow book addicts you know what I mean.... anyhoo...knock at door...lovely parcel lady hands me a soft pack. * scratches head* hmmm... I normally have hard book packs, "what is this?" I say...check the from address...Jana Oliver....all of a sudden my interest goes through the roof and I rip into that sucker with lightning speed and OH MY!!!  A T-shirt...TEAM BECK!!!  WOW!! I make no secret of my fictional crush on Denver Beck, aka Beck aka 'backwoods boy'.

Not everyday ( well never actually)
that I get told I've been awesome
so that was nice:D
I proceeded to hold it up against myself and look at myself ridiculously in the mirror ( I'm well past looking at myself in a mirror..hee..hee..) Did a * happy dance* and then sent Jana a rather exciteable 'Thankyou' email and text Miss Suzi and she said she has a T-shirt too. Miss Suzi and Jana and CJ ( Jana's PA) had been in covert operation ( always wanted to use the word covert )  behind my back organising size for me...sneaky..sneaky....

I asked Miss Suzi to send me a pic so I could put it up here and show you all......running to find pic...here's the back of her shirt as the front is the same...'Girl Trappers Rock' ..now that is also very 'cool'. Big Thanku to Jana for these most awesome T-shirts!!! I could squeee again but that may be overkill...but I wannna.....

Miss Suzi's awesome Shirt

BOOKS I BOUGHT

Tiger's Curse and Winter's Shadow

I was wandering around Big W as I often buy books from them and I have seen Tiger's Curse by Colleen Houck getting great reviews so I snagged that and I hadn't heard of Winter's Shadow by M . J. Hearle but I was drawn to it. When I get drawn to a book I stand back look at it on the shelf and if it still calls me , I buy it. So I will see how I go with Winter's Shadow.

Becca Fitzpatrick has blurbed on the cover of Tiger's Curse and I love Becca's 'Hush , Hush', series....another fictional crush with Patch..BIG TIME!! So in the basket it went.
