BOOK RELEASE - CITY OF FALLEN ANGELS by CASSANDRA CLARE

I am soooo uber excited . City Of Fallen Angels was released yesterday 5th April. I have on order a nice hardback , but I couldn't wait so I ran out yesterday morning with $16.00 to my name and spent $14.98 of it on a nice big thick paperback copy. It's okay, the kids were fed...lol!!!

I am upto page 185!! No spoilers , just saying. I am totally enjoying it. Just quietly I thought I had some theories worked out for this book...boy...did I get them completely wrong...which in a way is a good thing. I have laughed , I have gone OMG!! I have fallen sleep and been hit in the head with it...lol!!  Hence, I couldn't pull an all nighter..sigh...getting old.

Á friend text me yesterday and asked me how COFA was . I gave her couple keywords...she was off running to get her copy....

If you havent got your copy or haven't started The Mortal Instruments series yet....GO!!!!!!....you are missing out:)

Anyhoo I am bounding back into bed.... lazy slothy day coming up...I warned you husband of mine.

  5. Teenage relationships. They're Clare's bread and butter, and she's not one to shy away from controversy either. Take poised, polished and ultra-conservative Alec with his centuries-old warlock boyfriend, Magnus Bane. Yep, they're gay. And you know what? It works. That's because Clare shows the reality behind the supernatural underpinnings. They're two guys trying to sort out their feelings for each other. Alec is hesitant at first to come out of the closet, but he loves Magnus enough that he is willing to take that chance. He feels threatened by the scores of former lovers his beau has accumulated over hundreds of years, but Magnus perseveres in reassuring his much younger companion that he is committed to making things work.
